Boop oop a doo! Happy Wednesday!
So, I went to a weight loss group tonight. It’s the same one I’ve belonged to for awhile, only this one’s a little more serious about weight loss. Serious to the point where if you show up and you gain weight, it’s not discouraged that you say you’re absent so it doesn’t mess up the books. Let’s just say that despite being down quite a bit in a week, I’m still up from the last time I was there.
Still, that’s another good way to be accountable!
This menu will look super weird and short because I didn’t eat much before the meeting (I had hoped to weigh in, but gravity had other plans). 😀
Tuesday I ate this:
Egg drop soup
Spicy Pork rinds
Baked Kroger chicken drumstick
Total Carbs: 3 total. Percentage of calories from fat: 67%
I did the hell out of this: Fitbit shows I walked 4479 steps (truth) and 1.90 miles today!
- I’m following Atkins 1972 to get this weight back off I’d regained thanks to the move (and my lack of coping). #gardettosandregret
- I’m tracking every day because it helps (and others have asked me to). Accountability; it’s what’s for dinner.

- I weigh in on Mondays. It keeps me especially honest on weekends (and if anyone needs babysitting on the weekends, she’d be me. Hey; those extra dark chocolate chips, whipping cream and episodes of Arrow aren’t going to eat and watch themselves).
